1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using eSIMtt, placing an order, or using any eSIM-related service offered through our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Service
eSIMtt offers digital connectivity products and related services, including eSIM data plans, top-ups, and account-based service tools. Product availability, supported destinations, pricing, technical specifications, and carrier rules may change at any time.
3. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Confirming that your device supports eSIM
Confirming that your device is carrier-unlocked
Reviewing destination, validity, and data allowance details before purchase
Using the service lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations
Keeping your account credentials and order access information secure
4. Orders and Delivery
Orders are usually fulfilled digitally after successful payment. Delivery times may vary due to payment review, provider response time, technical issues, fraud checks, or other operational events outside our direct control.
5. Third-Party Network and Provider Dependency
Our services depend on third-party eSIM infrastructure, upstream provisioning systems, and mobile network operators. Coverage, speeds, latency, plan activation behavior, and service continuity may vary by destination and carrier conditions.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the platform are subject to change without notice until an order is successfully completed. Payment must be received and confirmed before service delivery begins.
Payments on our platform are handled by EPS Easy Payment Solution. The payment gateway processes transactions in BDT. During checkout, customers may see an equivalent BDT amount based on currency conversion. A small mismatch may occasionally appear because of exchange-rate calculation by the payment gateway, but this should normally be minimal.
7. Activation and Usage
Each product may have its own activation rules, supported network coverage, speed behavior, fair usage controls, and validity period. It is your responsibility to review product details before purchase and activation.
After purchase, an eSIM may remain available for installation for up to 180 days unless a product states otherwise. Package validity starts when the device connects to the supported network for the first time.
8. Non-Transferability
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, eSIM products are intended for the original purchaser and original supported device use case. The eSIM works only on the device where it was first installed and cannot be moved to another device. Deleting the profile is not recommended, although limited reinstallation on the same device may be possible in some cases while the eSIM remains valid.
9. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, continuous coverage, or full compatibility in every location, device model, or local network condition. Service quality may depend on partner carriers and regional infrastructure.
Top-ups, where available, are generally limited to compatible package types and usually must be completed before the active package expires.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use our platform or services for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, unauthorized resale, interference with network integrity, or attempts to access systems or data without authorization.
11. Refunds
Refund eligibility is limited and depends on delivery status, activation status, usage status, and the nature of the problem. Please review our Refund & Return Policy before purchase.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSIMtt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, travel disruption, or data loss arising from use of the platform or third-party network performance.
13. Account Suspension or Refusal
We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or refuse orders, or suspend accounts, when necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, technical protection, abuse prevention, or operational safety.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, platform structure, software logic, and site materials made available through eSIMtt remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing Use
These terms are intended to govern your use of our platform and services in a commercially reasonable manner, subject to applicable law.
