Refund & Return Policy

1. Nature of Digital Products

eSIM products are digital goods. Once an eSIM profile, activation code, or related delivery details have been issued, the product may become non-returnable and non-resellable.

2. General Refund Rule

Refunds are not automatic. Each request is reviewed based on order status, delivery status, activation status, actual usage, and provider-side verification.

3. Cases Where a Refund May Be Considered

We may review and approve a refund, full or partial, in situations such as:

  • Order was paid but not delivered

  • Duplicate payment was successfully charged for same order

  • Purchased plan could not be provisioned due to a verified provider-side failure

  • Product delivered was materially different from what was purchased

  • Technical issue is confirmed on our side or on the provider side before meaningful usage occurred

4. Cases Usually Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are usually not available when:

  • Device is not eSIM-compatible

  • Device is carrier-locked

  • Customer purchased wrong destination or wrong package

  • eSIM was deleted from device after delivery

  • Customer changed travel plans or no longer needs service

  • Network performance varies by area but service is otherwise operational

  • Significant data usage or successful activation has already occurred

5. Troubleshooting First

Before requesting a refund, customers should contact support and allow a reasonable opportunity for troubleshooting. Many activation issues are caused by device settings, line selection, roaming configuration, or installation mistakes and can often be resolved without canceling the service.

6. Refund Review Requirements

To review a refund request, we may ask for:

  • Order number

  • Registered email address

  • Device model

  • Screenshots of issue or settings

  • Short explanation of problem

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed back through the original payment method where possible. Final timing depends on the payment provider, banking channels, and transaction method used.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, contact us first before opening a chargeback. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay investigation and can result in account restrictions while the case is reviewed.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. The latest published version will apply from its effective date.
